- Friday March 14th 9am-4pm
**Lunch break 12:00pm-12:30pm**
To receive a card the applicant
Must provide one of the following:
- Minnesota Identification Card
- Valid Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- Certified Birth Certificate
Fee:
- ONLY FIRST ID’S & EXPIRED IDS ARE FREE
- $15.00 CASH
- Name change: Bring documents of proof
- After issued the cards will be valid for four (4) years
