Tribal ID Cards- Duluth Area Office
December 2, 2021 @ 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The Leech Lake Tribal Enrollment office will be providing Tribal ID printing on site for enrolled members ages 14 and above.
In order for band members to receive a Tribal ID card at these events, they must provide one of the following:
- Minnesota Identification Card; or
- Valid Driver’s License; or
- Social Security Card; or
- Certified Birth Certificate
- For name changes, please bring documentation of proof
If it is your first Tribal ID, replacement for an expired ID or an address change (must provide old ID) there will be no charge. All other replacements will be $15, paid by cash or check. Once issued, Tribal IDs remain valid for four years.
