This week, the Band announced three new staffing changes and held the April quarterly meeting in Bena. (A full breakdown of division director and RBC reports from the quarterly will be available in the upcoming May issue of the DeBahJimon.)
The RBC announced 3 new staffing changes on Thursday, April 11th.
- Project Administrator,Ben Benoit
Benoit will be responsible for strategic planning, managing key objectives, overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Youth Program Manager, Leroy Staples-Fairbanks
Staples-Fairbanks will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing educational, recreational, and developmental programs for children and youth. This position involves working closely with young people, families, staff, volunteers, and community partners to provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment that fosters personal growth and positive youth development.
- Director of Operations,Shannon Budde
Budde will oversee administrative programs, fostering efficient program operations and advancing the Tiwahe Initiative’s goals to reduce poverty, substance abuse, domestic violence, and related social issues within the tribal community. This role bridges leadership, project management, and advocacy to provide holistic, culturally sensitive, and comprehensive services to the community.
