The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Health Services Tobacco Program is seeking interested community members to assist in administering an upcoming Tobacco Survey.
All interested persons must complete a survey training which will take place on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 from 8:30AM to 2:30PM at Cedar Lakes Casino in Cass Lake, MN. There is no cost to complete the training and lunch will be provided. Volunteers will receive one $20 gift card per survey completed as an incentive. Survey respondents will also receive a $20 gift card.
