Tribal Enrollment to Provide Tribal IDs at Urban Offices

The Leech Lake Tribal Enrollment Office will be visiting the Duluth and Minneapolis Urban Offices to provide Band Members with Tribal Identification Cards. This event was postponed and then canceled in March, it has now been rescheduled on May 29 and 30, 2018 . The Enrollment Office Staff will be in Minneapolis on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 from 10:00am until 6:00pm at the Leech Lake Twin Cities Office and in Duluth on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 11:00am to 5:30pm at the AICHO/Gimaajii Building ( ID printing will be in the LLBO Duluth Office).

In order to receive your Tribal ID you must provide at least one of the following items:

• Minnesota Identification Card
• Valid Driver’s License
• Social Security Card
• Certified Birth Certificate

There is no charge for your first Tribal ID or replacement of an expired Tribal ID. All other replacements require a $15.00 fee payable via cash, check or money order.

Name changes require valid documents as proof and any Tribal ID’s issued will remain valid for four (4) years.
