The Leech Lake Tribal Enrollment Office will be visiting the Duluth and Minneapolis Urban Offices on March 29 and 30, 2018 to provide Band Members with Tribal Identification Cards. The Enrollment Office Staff will be in Duluth, MN on Thursday March 29 from 11:00AM – 5:30PM and in Minneapolis, MN on Friday March 30 from 10:00AM – 6:00PM.

In order to receive your Tribal ID you must provide at least one of the following items:

• Minnesota Identification Card
• Valid Driver’s License
• Social Security Card
• Certified Birth Certificate

There is no charge for your first Tribal ID or replacement of an expired Tribal ID. All other replacements require a $15.00 fee payable via cash, check or money order.

Name changes require valid documents as proof and any Tribal ID’s issued will remain valid for four (4) years.
